Q. What do I do if I am unable to complete an order ?

A. First, cancel the order and try again, being careful to complete all required fields, marked with a red *....If you still have a problem you may eMail, call or Fax us, by clicking on CONTACT US in the left menu near the top left of the page.

Q. What do I do if my shipping total is 0?

A. Click on your country of residence and select your preferred shipping method.... If you are unable to calculate your shipping method and cost, continue placing your order and we will contact you with shipping information when we receive your completed order.

Q. What type of a warranty do I receive with the Hoop-It-All Products ?

A. One year from the date of invoice. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects of materials and workmanship and not for incidental damage, or wear and tear.
