Q. How do I sign-up and place a CONSUMER ORDER ?
A. Registration is required for access to our SHOPPING CART and order-on-line. First, "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" from the left menu. You will choose your own Password and User Name, be sure to record your name choice for future use....Our "Automatic Responder" will send an eMail letter for you to "Activate your Account". You must click on it to approve your account. If it doesn't arrive in your incoming eMail, then your computer ANTI SPAM FILTER has prevented you from receiving it. Retrieve it and click it to "ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT"... Then go back to our website, LOG-IN and Click on the item you wish to explore in the left menu. Be sure to fill in your Zip Code, select your country and your shipping method preference.
Q. How do I place DEALER ORDERS ?
A. First "CREATE AN ACCOUNT", from the left menu. Record your chosen USER NAME AND PASSWORD. Our "Automatic Responder" will send an eMail letter for you to "Activate your Account". You must click on it to proceed. If it doesn't arrive in your incoming eMail, then your computer ANTI- SPAM FILTER has prevented you from receiving it. Retrieve it and click it to "ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT"...
To Register for a Dealer Account, go to our website www.hoopitall.com ,
LOG-IN ....and then Click on (wholesale) DEALERS, in the left menu.
This will take you to the "DEALERS SIGN UP" page. After reading the text,
At the bottom of the page, click on " DEALER SIGN UP"
and you will be taken to the "DEALER Application page."
After you have completed the application, read the TERMS and CONDITIONS,
click the box: "I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS"
Then Click "SEND APPLICATION" and it will arrive in OUR INBOX.
Then an automatic welcome letter will be sent to your eMail address, with a
request that you send us proof of your business. By listing your previous Dealer Account Number, or your active website address, you won't need other proof of your business....
Please send us an eMail when you have completed the application for our approval. After we approve your account, you will be able to access the DEALER SECURED AREA with Dealer Price Lists and to place DEALER ORDERS. You will be given a new Dealer Account # for on-line ordering...On your order invoice, be sure to fill in your Zip Code, select your country and your shipping method preference....

Q. How do I register for a WHOLESALE Account for my Embroidery Business ?
A. To register for an Embroidery Business Wholesale Acct. on-line, first "CREATE AN ACCOUNT", from the left menu. This is a first step which everyone must do. Our "Automatic Responder" will send an eMail letter for you to "Activate your Account". You must click on it to approve your account. If it doesn't arrive in your incoming eMail, then your computer ANTI SPAM FILTER has prevented you from receiving it. Retrieve it and click it to "ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT"...
Then go back to our website, LOG-IN and Click on (wholesale) EMBROIDERY BUSINESS, in the left menu...
This will take you to the "Embroidery Business SIGN UP" page. At the bottom of the page click on " EMBROIDERY BUSINESS SIGN UP" and you will be taken to the "EMBROIDERY BUSINESS Application." Also click on Newsletter, to be kept up to date.
After you have completed the application, CLICK I agree to Hoop It All's Terms and Conditions., then click "SEND APPLICATION" and it will arrive in our Application INBOX.
Please send us an eMail that you want us to approve your application.
We will then review your complete application shortly, so you can place wholesale orders....To order log-in click on the items to purchase, on your Invoice be sure to fill in your Zip Code, select your country and your shipping method preference.

Q. How can I subscribe to the Hoop It All Newsletter?
A. If you are already a member you simply click the manage account link on the left hand side of the page. If you are not already a member you must first create an account by clicking the create account link on the left hand side of the page. During the account creation process you will be asked if you wish to receive our newsletter.
