This is the sliding hoop mounting bracket used to attach the hoop to the embroidery arm. Specially designed for Hoopitall hoops and is a big part of what allows you to embroider multiple times without rehooping.
In most cases a universal mounting bracket fits all hoops for a group of machines which is why we named it as such. We have many different universal bracket models, sometimes per machine.
