FaBond
FaBond is an amazing iron on tear away stabilizer great for backing stretch fabric for embroidery in addition to normal sewing. Iron on to fabric that you don't want to stretch while sewing. A must for all sewing and embroidery. It is also used to increase fabric stability to prevent puckering and gumming of the needle. MADE in USA.
Iron FaBond™ to the back of the fabric. You determine how tightly it holds by how hot you set your iron. The higher the temperature, the stronger it holds the fabric.
Place the FaBond™ on the SIA and finger press it in place before embroidery.
You will note that FaBond™ separates very easily from the fabric. The FaBond™ also releases easily from the SIA.
Our Keer-fuse is an alternate option of a clear fusible film for the above applications.
FaBond™ is different than all other temporary tear-away stabilizers. It has a unique fusible adhesive that allows you to determine how strong the stabilizer will hold the fabric.
It melts into fibers, controling thick nap fabrics like never before! You determine how tightly it holds by how hot you set your iron. Your embroidered outline stitches will line-up accurately and no matter how much the garment is washed or worn it will remain as nice as the day you embroidered it.
