Clear Fuse 'n Stick

Clear Fuse 'n Stick is a Clear stabilizer that can be used for applique and as a substitute for SIA. It has no stretch, is fusible on one side and pressure sensitive adhesive (P.S.A.) on the other, making it repositionable! Quilter's will love this lightweight material and how simple this product now makes appliqué and it is MADE in USA.

  •  With Clear Fuse 'n Stick your applique pieces won't slip during pressing.
  • Trace designs on fabric. lay pieces on  Clear Fuse 'n Stick and iron them on to your fabric. ~Or~ Design your applique in your computer and print your design and/  or Cut Clear Fuse 'N Stick 8.5" wide and insert into your Ink-Jet printer, to print directly on the stabilizer.
  • If you want to move or re-position an applique piece you can, until you iron them for a permanent hold. Lift to reposition until exactly where you want them and iron again. Your appliqué will be soft when complete, no more stiff appliqués!
  • Use for embroidery applique. Iron to back of fabric---Peel off clear release liner (protects adhesive ) and stick on fabric to be appliqued.----Embroider your applique piece--- lift up unsewn edges and cut away.

Be sure to add ¼" to your pieces on any side that will overlap with another color fabric. For light color fabrics always stabilize your fabric with a permanent fusible interfacing before applying Clear Fuse ‘N Stick™, this will prevent a darker color fabric’s from showing through. Whenever you trace your designs the design will end up a mirror, or will face the opposite direction once you lay your pieces on your fabric.

To use as SIA substitute on the back of the fabric.

Peel off the release liner and apply it in place of SIA. Or cut a "window" in the previous SIA in the shape of the embroidery ( with a 1" overlap around the edge ) and apply the Clear Fuse 'n Stick on the front or the back of the "window", and then embroider as usual. As this is a clear stabilizer, it will not  " show-through" the fabric.

Great for appliqué.  This stabilizer has no stretch, is fusible on one side and pressure sensitive adhesive (P.S.A.) on the other, making it repositionable!  Quilter’s will love this lightweight and soft material and how simple this product now makes appliqué.  You can create a temporary repositionable appliqué using CFS or press it down with an iron to make it permanent.  Once permanent it does not even require satin stitching to hold it down.  CFS will not gum your needle even with several layers applied. 

It can also be used as a Clear S-I-A backing on the hoop, in place of SIA white backing.
