My machine is Babylock Ellageo3- I already have the Super Giant Long hoop which has overall measurements of 8.5x 23". I also have the Quilters Double wide that has 14.5"x16" with sewing field of 11 7/8 x 13". I now want to get the Quilters square double-wide whose overall measurements are 14.5" x 14.5", with sewing field of 11 7/8 x11 7/8". My questions are this: I have Palette v.3; Designers Gallery and Explorations softwares. In Designers Gallery I can add the various hoops to the program myself, but the requirements need to be in metric measurements and I'm unable to figure that out myself. The super Giant L hoop isn't so important, but the other two are, as I want to either enlarge and/or split my designs and I need the help to do this right.

I'll begin by telling you that my husband has given me a cap Hoop and giant hoop it all for gifts and since I have a White 3300 these have opened many options for me and I love them! I did however drop my giant hoop it all and broke the top off of one of the nylon screws that secure the sliding bracket. I would appreciate purchasing a couple (to have spares as well as a replacement).

Hi, I just finished my three hats with my new Janome 11000 hat hooper by Hoop It All. It works great! Is there some way you can suggest to embroider socks using the hat hooper? I would be very interested in that.The attached photo of the green one says "Sew it up!" They look so feminine now! I love them! I got your hat hooper because Janome's was so expensive. I saved $70.00 by buying yours.

I have a giant hoop that I used on my Brother 2003ULT Embroidery machine,and I loved it, as I didn't have to re-hoop all the time. But then I bought the Inovis 4000(the limited edition in black) and the bracket that the hoops slide along, and register with the 2003 machine will not work in the4000 Inovis. Can you help me, is there a way to by the bracket that fits this machine, and still use the original giant hoops. As I purchased 2 of them. If there is a way to just buy the bracket, as I believe the two hoopsI have are the Giant L hoops.

Hi, I have one of your original (I think!) hoop-it-all's. I have had it for many years for my Pfaff 7570. I now also have the Pfaff 2140 and was very disappointed to find that you have not made a larger hoop-it-all for it. In the last month, my mother has moved to a nursing home and I used my hoop-it-all to embroider her name into all of her clothes, bed linens, towels, etc. In fact, an aide at the home asked me what I used, etc. I gave her a link to your website. Please consider making a hoop-it-all for my much larger embroidery field on my 2140.

What I am working on now is a sample wall-hanging for you of what I will enter in Quilt Festival in the embroidery category, as embroidery is the focal point.I have put embroidery on both sides (black and white). Then I have begun quilting around the embroidery in a way that makes it difficult to tell where the embroidery ends and where the quilting begins. I am pushed for time...the deadline for entry is June 30. I expect to finish your wall-hanging mid-July.I have tried many stabilizer and the sdsv is by far the best. It disolves quickly and thoroughly. When using embroidery on a quilt it is important to remove all the stabilizer that causes thickness and stiffness. None of the others dissolved as well. Both quilts have a ton of embroidery and I have used far more of your SDSV than I estimated. I can use it much more efficiently if I have 22" wide. When you previously sent me the SDSV you were out of the wide width. I would appreciate it if you could send me more. I can pay or barter. I understand if you aren't willing to barter since I have yet to give you anything. The most important thing is that I get it soon. I plan to continue putting embroidery in my quilts so I would like to get the largest roll of 22" wide that you have. Please let me know if it is available.

Hi, I have been very pleased with your Cap/Hat Hoop product for the Singer XL-1000. About 2 1/2 years ago I purchased a Singer XL-6000. Unfortunately, the prior hoop does not work with this new machine. I am wondering if there is any way I can purchase the hoop Mounting Bracket-only and retro-fit the old hoop. Otherwise, I have a hoop that is lying around with no purpose. I hate to throw it away and don't know what else to do with it.I would also be glad to send it to you and pay to have it re-fitted for the new machine, if that is another possibility. Any guidance/ suggestions for making this hoop work will be greatly appreciated.In the meantime, I will also be looking to purchase a Giant 23" Long hoop for the new machine. Hello! I bought Hoop It All in January. A week or two later Quilter Square #8217; House (where I work part time) became a dealer.I have used SIA from day one. It is the best stabilizer I have tried when it comes to holding the fabric in place. The embroidies are completely flat when finished! I am going to demonstrate the hoops and stabilizers for our customers.... Everything is a joy to use!

Are you planning to come out with a Singer XL-6000 Square HIA? I have the Super Giant-L and Big hat hoops and love them.

I have a Pfaff 2170 sewing/embroidery machine. I would very much like to have the Double Wide Hoop & the 8 1/2 "X 23" hoops. I hope you will have them very soon. If I had known they were not available for the Pfaff 2170, I would probably not have bought the Pfaff 2170.

I am currently using your SIA 8.5" x 60' roll (white) pressure-sensitive adhesive tearaway stabilizer. I love it!! However, I purchased this fantastic stabilizer at the Las Vegas embroidery show after inquiring what size I needed for my Bernina. I have tried other stabilizers, but I am so sold on yours! So I would like to purchase two rolls of 9 5/8" wide if possible. The OESD products are too wide and cause waste. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi, my name is Joan and I just want to tell you how much I appreciate your wonderful product "Lube it all". It works wonders on synthetic fabrics that have a slick surface like vinyl. Since I've found your "Lube it all" my sewing is much easier. I've sewn swimwear for a local synchronized team for the past 4 years and I've found that your product works wonders with "pleather" type spandex. The attached photos are swimsuits that I've sewn with your product, you can see that the surface of the material is slick. I've also used your product when sewing sequin heat-applied fabrics. The silicone Lube helped the adhesive from gumming and collecting on my needle. I also work a lot with spray adhesives, "Lube it all" comes in handy when I over-spray an area in a design. Your product is the first thing that I try when I find myself sewing on materials that are out of the norm. I think every seamstress should have "Lube it all"!! I've used other products and no one comes close to "Lube it all"!!

Hi, I found one cord that works! I spent a day rumaging through boxes and found one that looked exactly like the Janome power cord. Everything appears to be running fine. I apologize for the trouble I've put you through searching for this cord. It's a relief to know I can still use my machine. Please, please, please make hoops for my Pfaff 2140 I had a 7570 and the only hoop i used was your hat hoop, i really like the SIA stickey paper and the hoop never gets stickey, like the other stabilizer brands.

I just bought a Brother Innovis 4000D and would like to know if you have a hoop it all yet for that machine. I still have my Brother 8200 and your wonderful hoop for that and I HATE the thought of ever having to use a standard hoop on any machine ever again.
